OCWCOG is led by a Board of Directors, composed of local elected officials, who serve on the Commissions and Councils, within, and including, Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. The OCWCOG Board of Directors is the governing body of the association, made up of local elected officials from Benton, Linn, and Lincoln Counties. The Board sets policy and approves OCWCOG’s annual Work Plan and Budget. Several committees support this work, including the Budget Committee, which reviews the association’s budget and provides recommendations to staff; the Executive Committee, which acts on administrative matters between Board meetings and advises the Executive Director; and the Finance Committee, which meets as needed to review financial matters and advise the Board.
